What is the Sunforge Solar Power Bank?
A 20,000mAh power bank with four cables built into the body: two USB-C, one iOS and one USB-A. It also has three ports, a wireless charging pad and an LED torch, and a solar panel on the back.
How many charges do I get from it?
Roughly four to five full phone charges, depending on your phone. It can run several devices at once, though that will drain it faster.
Will the solar panel charge it on its own?
Not quickly. The panel is a top-up for when you're away from power, not a replacement for charging it from the wall. Charge it fully before you leave and treat the solar as backup.
Why does it have cables built in?
So you can't forget them. Four cables attached to the body covers almost any device without you packing a single lead.
Can I take it on a plane?
Yes, in carry-on only. Lithium batteries aren't permitted in checked luggage.
Is it waterproof?
It's built to handle rain, dust and being knocked about, with a sealed case and covered ports. Keep the port covers closed when you're not charging.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We ship free right across Australia on every order, single items and bundles alike. There is nothing to add at checkout and no minimum spend to reach. You order, we post it, and your order arrives ready to use. If you ever have a question about where your parcel is up to, get in touch and we will chase it for you straight away.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once you order, we carefully pack your orders and dispatch within 24 to 48 hours from within Australia, so there is no three-week wait from overseas imports. From there your order travels with our courier and is usually in your hands within 3 to 7 business days right across the country. As soon as it ships you will get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is on its way, we send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow it to your door. If you have not seen it yet, please check your spam folder, and if you still cannot find it just reach out and we will resend your tracking details straight away. We are happy to keep an eye on it with you.
Can I save money by buying more than one?
Yes, we offer bundle pricing if you buy 2 or more items. A further discount is applied if you upgrade to a bundle that includes our other products too.
