What does TimeCrest actually sell?
Gear for long days outside. A rugged smart watch, a high-capacity solar power bank and a hydration backpack, chosen because they're the three things people most often wish they'd brought.
How water resistant is everything?
It varies by product, and it matters, so check each page. The watch is rated 1ATM, which covers rain, sweat and splashes but not swimming or showering. The backpack's fabric handles rain. The power bank is not rated for water at all, so keep it in a pocket if the weather turns.
Can I take the power bank on a plane?
Yes, in your carry-on. Lithium batteries are not allowed in checked luggage under Australian aviation rules, so it has to go in the cabin with you. Most airlines allow up to 100Wh without approval, which covers this one.
What about warranty?
Everything comes with our 30-day risk-free trial. Beyond that, manufacturer warranty varies by product and is listed on each page. If something fails outside those windows, contact us anyway and we'll see what we can do.
How do I look after it all?
Rinse the hydration bladder after every use and let it dry fully with the opening propped open. Wipe the watch and the power bank with a damp cloth, never run them under a tap. Don't leave the power bank in a hot car.
How long will it take to receive my delivery?
We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries.
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of purchase. Once dispatched, it will typically arrive within 6-9 business days, depending on your location.

Think your order might be lost in transit? Although Australia Post quote us 5-9 business days for standard delivery, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date.
If your order isn’t delivered within 20 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with Australia Post.

How do I use a discount code?
Woo, it’s on sale - so you’re basically saving money (at least, that’s what we tell ourselves when something is on sale). Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in - make sure to click ‘Apply’!
